Before Consuming, Know It First Differences Muesli vs Granola

For people who are on a diet or want to improve their diet and nutritional intake, replacing rice with whole grains such as wheat is recommended. Wheat and grains are believed to be a complex and filling complex of carbohydrates.

There are many mixtures of wheat and grains sold in supermarkets, for example granola and muesli. Both have the same shape and ingredients. But this just makes people confused. What's the difference between muesli and granola?

Actually, between muesli and granola both consist of nuts, seeds, dried wheat and fruit. Generally almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds and whole grains are used as nutrient-rich solids. However, in granola, these ingredients have been baked first whereas in muesli these ingredients are raw materials.

The texture of granola when cooked is more lumpy than muesli. This is because granola contains oil and butter that serves as its "glue", while muesli does not contain any "glue".

Well, both granola and muesli can actually be consumed without a mixture of milk or yogurt. It's just that the granola tastes better because the ingredients are ripe baked, while the raw muesli tend to powder.
